Harmonie parfait du chocolat au lait et du café au latte macchiato
When we went to coop recently, I picked this chocolate bar from the shelves on a whim. I haven’t had a Lindt bar in a while, and sometimes I feel like some milk chocolate. And I usually like the combination of chocolate and coffee.
The chocolate bar is wrapped in a box, which has a window where one can see the chocolate.
The list of ingredients is printed on the back in 4 languages and can be read in the picture above (it’s too long and I’m too lazy to type it all).
The bar is wrapped in an aluminium foil, which also has a window (so that it fits the window of the box).
The chocolate has pieces of nougat, chocolate and nuts strewn on the back, the front of the bar has a wavy mold with the Lindt lettering included.
Tastewise, this bar is really sweet. When I first tried it directly from my stash, I thought it was too sweet. I then put it in the fridge, and directly from the fridge, I liked it better. It is creamy, and the strewn pieces give a nice crunch. The coffee flavour is nice, similar to the other Latte Macchiato bar I tried.
But if I could choose, I’d like to have this chocolate bar a little less sweet.

Looks good.
I like the variety of textures with the wavy design and lettering on one side and the bits of nougat, etc. on the other.
This might be the first Lindt bar that has ever intrigued me to the point where I look at it and say “I want to try that.” Mostly because it’s pretty:)
Coffee and caramelised nuts! Oh, this is definitely my kind of chocolate!
